We are located in the Barlow Building in the heart of Chevy Chase, Maryland. From Bethesda, come straight down Wisconsin Avenue to our office. From Virginia, take 495/Capital Beltway east towards Maryland to exit 35 south Wisconsin Ave/Rockville Pike/355. Proceed south on Wisconsin Avenue about 3 miles, office will be on your right. From Washington D.C./Georgetown head north on Wisconsin Avenue about 5 miles. Office will be on your left after the Western Avenue intersection. Parking is available in the rear of the building. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash and checks. Payment of services and/or co-pay are due on date of service. We accept most major insurances, please call the office to make sure we partcipate with your plan. A photo i.d, insurance card, referral from insurance company (if necessary) and copy are required at your appointment. Obtaining a referral from a primary care physician is the patient's responsibility and your appointment may be rescheduled if it's not provided at the time of service. A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
